GCSE Drama students in Year 11 recently presented their scripted pieces for Component 2 assessment. These pieces were marked by an external examiner with full costume, props, sound, and lighting in the Performance Space. The students all gave an excellent account of themselves, presenting pieces from a wide range of playwrights, such as Willy Russell and Samuel Beckett, as well as contemporary texts from emerging new writers.

While most students were assessed for their acting work, some were assessed for their contribution via costume, hair and make-up design, or sound design. Well done!
